  • Personal instances of deals "gone wrong" and why it happened
  • How the appropriate emphasis/balance of legal due diligence and operational due diligence and the right deal advisors can make or break a deal
  • How the impact of focusing too much on just "getting the deal done" versus on operations post-close can have ramifications on the true success of the deal
