What makes a great leader? 
Extensive research by leadership scholars has attempted to come up with specific styles, characteristics, or personality traits of great leaders. However, none of these studies has produced a clear profile of the ideal leader. This is good news as there is no cookie-cutter leadership style to imitate. Rather, much evidence supports leadership emerges from one’s life story. Understanding who you are at your core helps discover the purpose of one’s leadership. Along the way you learn that being authentic makes you more effective.

In this session Rob will talk about several different methods for you to gain a better understanding of what makes YOU an effective leader.  We will also have a practical application of those tools.
