Many of the ups and downs that 2020 presented still persist. We're still working to combat stressors and rein in uncertainties around changes to our physical environments and interpersonal connections.

Join us for an interactive session with our panel, who will deliver discussion points for talking through issues of mental fatigue and recognizing burnout, and learn about options for making mental wellbeing a top priority in your workplace.

Our program will include breakout rooms dedicated to broadening the discussion. Take part in our breakouts and come back to the main meeting ready to share and learn more! Some of the topics we'll cover:

  • Mental Health and the Bottom Line: How mental stress and fatigue are impacting your professional and personal productivity
  • Retention: Learn workplace strategies that focus on retention, not just revenue
  • Resiliency: Learn how to cultivate resiliency in your person and on your team
