This progressive series will help participants create real and sustained change in diversity and inclusion practices.  Registration includes both webinar sessions.  It is an event not to be missed!

Session One: September 16

The Why and the How of Diversity & Inclusion: Integrating Diversity & Inclusion into How We Work

  • This session will focus on interrupting racial, ethnic, gender, age and sexual-orientation biases.
  • Discover how to embrace vulnerability when interrupting biases and the fear of failure.
  • Learn strategies and real-world applications for employing anti-racism actions and bias-breakers.  
  • Receive homework for Session Two

Session Two: September 30

Inclusion for the New Millennium: Transforming Commitment to Action

  • Hear from participants who will share their best practices and feedback from Session One.
  • Build on Session One strategies and learn how to transform commitments into every day action
  • Hear real-world examples of transformational actions and how leaders, like you, are furthering D&I practices to increase cultural intelligence every day.
