OVERVIEW
ACG’s Strategic Acquisition training series will provide a beginning-to-end view of an acquisition process. Learn from experienced business leaders throughout West Michigan who will walk you through the life-cycle of a deal.
The series will be hybrid - consisting of a mixture of on-demand videos and supporting materials along with in-person opportunities to meet the speakers, engage in Q & A, and make connections for the future.
You will learn answers to questions like:
● How do you find an acquisition target?
● How do you structure an acquisition?
● How do you ensure a deal is successful?

SESSION 1: Thursday, October 7; 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
SESSION 2: Thursday, October 21; 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
SESSION 3: Thursday, November 4, 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
