Congratulations -- you have a job! So, what's keeping you there? 
The recent pandemic introduced many changes to the structure of our professional lives, and employees seem to have more choices than ever before regarding when, where, and how they work.

All are invited to join our Young Professionals as we divine answers to questions that will reveal how we feel about our work and inform the ways we are encouraged to engage. This interactive program will allow you to enter into real discussion with your peers to answer questions like those below and illuminate the broader question of Talent Retention across the community. 

You'll have the opportunity to answer a brief survey -- linked to your registration confirmation -- that will help us gather community data on the following questions:

  • Have you changed jobs within the last two years?
  • Are you working from home or looking for a remote position?
  • Do you feel engaged with your employer and see opportunities for growth?
  • How can we attract quality candidates to West Michigan companies? 

Greg Rhodes of AEBetancourt will facilitate our discussion and share market trends and data his firm uses to evaluate these questions and more.
