Changing customer demands and market disruptions pose risk. Management of risk and business adaptation are required to stay ‘in the game.’ There are also growth opportunities for those willing to embrace risk.

At our October 19 Signature Breakfast event at the University Club in downtown Grand Rapids, you’ll hear from innovative business leaders who turned risks into growth opportunities. Charter Capital PartnersElisa Berger will moderate a discussion with Casey Lowery, COO of Applied Innovation, Caleb Coulter, Founder of American Asparagus, and Jim Dillard, EVP & President, Consumer Self-Care Americas at Perrigo, about how they have been embracing changes and disruptions through partnerships, joint ventures, and diversification into adjacent lines of business or markets.

Key takeaways:

  • Hear about real-world experiences in diversification strategies
  • Train your team to envision the opportunities in the obstacles
  • Learn about the pitfalls and pinnacles along the route
