Supply chain worries and woes. Workforce stumbling and stagnation.
Economic viability and volatility
.

West Michigan is poised to tackle these issues of the near future with strategic and tactical products through a collaborative approach to problem solving and creativity in our combined client base.

What steps can YOU take in your particular industry to prepare, build into contracts, and plan for the economic adjustments ahead?

EHTC's Rich Noreen will speak with Michelle Behrenwald of AIS Construction Equipment Co. and Rabih Jamal of Waseyabek Development Co. LLCwho will lend their expertise to these issues -- issues that were presaged long before the Covid-19 lockdowns made us take stock of the consumer marketplace and our structural logistics. We recognize that going through and getting beyond the pandemic has unveiled the most pervasive issues our region is facing as we look ahead to a new year.

As a special bonus, we'll share some preliminary results from our ACG/MiBiz Regional Growth Survey. If you're curious about which are the most pervasive issues your colleagues have identified, you don't want to miss this preview!

Key takeaways:

  • Learn why it's imperative for businesses to act with intention when it comes to strategic and operational foresight.
  • Hear why scenario planning will be key to your business' success.
  • Understand how the pandemic unveiled our latent dependency on China and how we can turn the tide for West Michigan prosperity.
