Mentorship is an important part of professional growth, and is beneficial to both sides of the relationship.

Where do you find that mentor -- or mentee -- that ensures the relationship allows for the growth of both parties?

Learn from Mike Jandernoa, founder of JEM, and Paul Hendricks, CEO of Creston Industrial Sales, why you -- or your client-- may want to seek out a mentor, how the relationship works, and what meaningful mentoring looks like.

Paul will share his experience of seeking and finding a mentor, and what he gets out of the relationship. Mike will address JEM's approach and how the concept of mentoring can be broadly applicable to the many business professionals active in West Michigan.

  • Understand what it takes on both sides of the mentor relationship
  • Lean how you can grow by being vulnerable, yet safe, as a leader
  • Be encouraged to seek a mentoring relationship for yourself or for your client
