Today's fast paced business environment includes four generations of workers: Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and the first of Generation Z.  Each of these generations has their own distinctive characteristics, ethics, and approaches toward work.

Join us for a panel discussion including representatives from successful companies who have learned to create an environment where each generation is accepted, valued and encouraged to make their own unique contribution.

Darrell Crawford of Vantage Group will moderate the discussion.  Panelists include Andy Blackmore of Display Pack, Katie Ferris of BDO USA, LLP, and Phil Sims of Integrity Tree Services.

Key Takeaways:

  • What are the characteristics and differences between the four generations in the workplace today?
  • With such diverse age groups, how do you establish respect between the generations?
  • How do you avoid stereotypes?
  • In what ways can you treat the generations differently?
  • What common denominators are there among the four generations?
